Well, for me it doesnt matter if the IPV4 was a 9v port charging or the 4s has usb charging, i still manually charge using external charger to keep my batteries healthy (or so i "try" to believe, it became a habit hehe)

I love the IPV4/S design. The grip is far better than the ugly square box of ipv3/li.

The touch sensor on the ipv3 is not a big deal for me. Im sure ill be using the normal buttons

The IPV4s using different chip than the original, so im not really sure whether the TC performance is better.

So maybe im going for the IPV3 Li because it has moaar power i guess. That until VaporFlask releases SX350J version, then ill jump there

IPV4 Users are able to upgrade their firmware. For those who doesnt know how to upgrade their personal vaporizer (PV)

Here what you should do.


Download and Install the Yihi SXi Updater

Download the IPV4 SXi Image

1. Take off your IPV4 batteries. (Turn it off first obviously)
2. Connect your IPV4 to the computer
3. Let it auto detect the chip and install the driver
4. Open the SXi software (Run as Administrator)
5. Click on Connection > Install Driver and Choose the connected device > Install
6. Go back to Connection screen and click connect. (It will show device connected, if it doesnt, something is wrong)
7. Return and Click Upgrade
8. Choose your File Image by clicking Open File and look for your SXi image that you've downloader earlier (SX330-IPV4_120W_TEST_V10.9.SXI)
9. Click Upgrade (Wait until the process finish 100%)
10. Unplug USB, put the batteries and Vape On

Nope. The chip design routes charging to the 9V charging board. However IPV4s that thing is removed so it support USB charging.
This update only for 120w increment/ 100w Ti support.

with that budget im sure he can do better than subox starter kit?

I mean can go on IPV3 Li or something else that the user doesnt need to upgrade anytime soon which still cost below 1k with good batteries + 2 tanks and some juices
