Mall there are more works, effort, time and money required for Internal Fit Out (IFO), M&E etc. For the mall to be operational, substantial grace period is required for these to be carried out.

Anyway let's revisit in a year and we shall have more visibility of the mall progress (and SOHO + residential).

The mall part completion in my previous post was referring to building construction.

Yes, a lot of further work and time for the mall to be in operational.

My prediction, SOHO and residential will still in construction progress even if the mall is in operational.

Ekovest claim the mall will be in operational by end if 2017 which my earlier post refers to.

I think they are working on the access road as well, I saw quite a few pillars being constructed at Tesco Cheras.

Ekovest will receive RM80m grant from gov to built the MRR2 U-turn to Ampang and level the Jalan Cheras to eliminate flash flood.

the signing ceremony just finished.

GSC and Village Grocer also mentioned here before.
Other confirmed key tenants include Caring Pharmacy, A Look and few others not so famous brands.

Joey Yap said the feng shui is good also tongue.gif

So still home sick wanna come back?
I don't expect much, but enough to make my week night.

If all of the said tenants are there, l can walk down to Borders doing some research or at least enhance my knowledge. If the Starbucks is inside the bookstore, l get to enjoy a nice cup of coffee while reading.

In case l feel boring, I can go for movies till midnight. There are plenty of movie selection from 8+4 halls.

Still boring, can travel using MRT to other malls.
