Yes, a lot of further work and time for the mall to be in operational. My prediction, SOHO and residential will still in construction progress even if the mall is in operational.

I think they are working on the access road as well, I saw quite a few pillars being constructed at Tesco Cheras.

the signing ceremony just finished. GSC and Village Grocer also mentioned here before. Other confirmed key tenants include Caring Pharmacy, A Look and few others not so famous brands. Joey Yap said the feng shui is good also
