Maybe my client lucky, rent 1.9k partial furnished, and another one 2.1k for fully furnished.

Well, Eko Cheras with MRT, mall .. I'm sure could get better rent.

Since If I read it correctly, it displayed "Villege" (instead of Village) on the poster?
The "Villege" also appeared in the latest video clip....

Those opted dibs is likely get LAD due the spa dated dec 13. I didn't opt dibs n my spa dated Apr 15..

Just to confirm, the Apr 15 is Apr 2015? Or 15-Apr?
If Apr-2015, curious why SnP signing session can be delayed so long from booking time...

If Ekovest really send out progress billing in August, means they take about 20months from earliest stamped SPA to complete the piling + groundwork work....

Left 22months before the LAD kick in... Ekovest has a lot of works to catch up.

My lawyer told me it is based on stamping date.

Signing date

The stamping date cannot be more than one month after the signing date otherwise penalty will occur.

The video clip is in the Ekocheras.com, the "same" grocer appeared at Lower Ground floor ....

I think the retailers are not secured yet.

It is norm for developers to slight tweak the name of retailers in their Advertising & Marketing kits to avoid legal action....For exampel ABIBAS, STARDUCKS etc...

That was what l thought also.

Curious why they displayed a tweaked name of grocer along with other facts like office/residential/hotel info on the poster...

Alternatively, try Mapex exhibition at Sunway Pyramid if you can make it today.. look for D'Hill booth(Ekovest booth)..
