in front of ekocheras now with leisure mall and the sibeh ong commi next to it. parking at commi there always full and jam. don't forget also down behind ekocheras not far away is sibeh ong connaught area liao. full of famous eateries.

youcity... can see lor. now still quite isolated compare to EC areas there.

if can get 2k is consider very good.. although psf price is important most ppl perceive 1 room apartmnt despite 800sqft as 1 room rather which can fit 2 rooms easily... ekocheras closer to commie area n surrounding also nicer than youcity area..

Scott garden such a location, their 1 bed duplex rental about 2k-2.5k fully furnished.

Eko Cheras direct link mrt, complete by 2008 that time, I dare to say rental won't cheap than Scott garden.

Cheras need more and more population to boost up Cheras! Youcity , eko is good to have together.

scott garden transacted rental from around 1.3k to 1.7k Fully Furnished... u can ask for rental of 3k on propwal but if transacted rental is 1.6k then thats the actual range..

Maybe my client lucky, rent 1.9k partial furnished, and another one 2.1k for fully furnished.

Well, Eko Cheras with MRT, mall .. I'm sure could get better rent.

If Ekovest really send out progress billing in August, means they take about 20months from earliest stamped SPA to complete the piling + groundwork work....

Left 22months before the LAD kick in... Ekovest has a lot of works to catch up.

My lawyer told me it is based on stamping date.

Signing date

The stamping date cannot be more than one month after the signing date otherwise penalty will occur.

so if its based on stamping date then ekovest got 1 month grace only.

It is norm for developers to slight tweak the name of retailers in their Advertising & Marketing kits to avoid legal action....For exampel ABIBAS, STARDUCKS etc...
