Note the price of leasehold arte@dutamas. its leasehold, no mrt or lrt available. nearest timeframe for mrt3 is 2025. its located beside a large convention centre beside matrade. pricing are above rm930psf. distance to klcc abt same distance for Ekocheras to klcc as well. Ekocheras on d other hand is freehold, hv linked covered bridge to mrt, located on ekomall and opposite leisuremall and surrounded by office blocks and selling at rm700+ psf.

+ekocheras at mont jiulai Super prime area. Already So many establish Ong commi around. Sure ok 1. Walking distance cari Makan. Banking also walking distance. Movie also walking distance. Manyak authentic kopitiam around mana cari. With Mrt 1 few station away from ikea and kl city

Forget about Mrt 2 And 3. Just pray for Mrt 1 can get done enough Liao.

the condo behind Ecocheras is only renting around RM 1500 for 1165 sqft unit, that works out about RM 1.28 psf, which not even half of what was compared. unsure.gif

wonder what is the targeted rental rate for the service aparment of abt 860built up 1 bedroom ?
full furnished 3000 per month can make to the purchase of +/- 600k ?

Understand about the low rental psf, the rental yield is attractive for buyers of at least 5 years ago...
Buyers for 160k enjoy 11.25% rental yield
Buyers for 220k enjoy 8.18% rental yield

860built up only 1bed?... wow sibeh very expensive layout. usually this size standard should come with 2beds.
dpc 1bed at north shore around 700+sf. this 1 lagi geng chow than dpc.

not sure. if they can create macam verve suite standard. maybe? or RM value drop very jialat.

If not mistaken, the Tower E serivce aparment with size of range 860ft come with 1 room only...anyone can confirmed ?
