The newsletter only shows two pictures of construction progress....of which our jagalat bro pictures are much better

No mention of current completion %

No mention of whether on time in accordance to schedule

No target completion date

Said everything but like said nothing

So what say u?

IMO, the newsletter focuses Ekovest-wide projects, does more marketing/selling than status updates.
EKC buyers are expecting more construction updates/billing notice.
I recommend that buyers replied the email and constructively suggest EKV to reflect/update items in CMW boss' questions.

One thing for sure, their 2 pictures were not taken from any image posted in the forum. : sweat.gif
In fact, the site picture is kinda "generic" and early stage, that provides room for them to post any progress pictures to their best interest (ie may not reflect the latest pictures as in the forum).

Two uncertainties still lingering among the buyers

1. The completion date will be late?

2. Will the mall be successful?

I think Ekovest also unsure at this juncture

Ekovest is so lost. Their boss also seems super lost. No wonder their other projects cannot sell.
Not a single news on tenant even after 2 years. Like this find ghost to buy from them.

I guess that is why the balance units are selling at discounted price compared to similar concept such as Tropicana Gardens.

Tropicana Garden will be safer bet if prospect buyers are looking for certainties in mall execution and completion date.

They say many things, none of which ends up the way most of us will interpret smile.gif If not for croni kawan with hall in city to construct big projects they would have gone under long ago. Got good friend highly placed in banks, or sub contractors, go ask them what is ekv cred. wink.gif

Need to check which specific part of KD vs Cheras also
If Leisure Mall vs Tropicana stretch... i do not think the location is losing out.
If KD claim proximity to Ikea/Curve, Cheras also got Mytown/ Ikea/ Velocity combo
and do not forget. KD is leasehold where Cheras majority is freehold

Mytown give A- or B+.. I aso add MV pyramid 1u into A grade malls.. A grade doesnt mean lux brands..

Velociti with d low occupancy n missing anchors maybe end up low footfall so no worries abt what grade mall..
