If next billing is for completion of piling then should be for all units irrespective of floor level...but from the photos, does not look like piling completed

I call up Ekovest and ask about the slow progress and spoke to 2 person.

First person said piling completing soon. When I asked when, then she said their project department said by june/july this year. Then I said now already august and she said need to check again.

Second person said slow because they need to do the basement. I said already 1.5 years after launch, she said don't worry still in progress. They are big company and still launching few other new projects

Anyone want to call again and see what answer they give?

From the marketing brochure, the EKC land has been charged to Ambank. Since the land has been bought many years ago at low cost, the land cost should have been paid off presumably. Then this charge should be for bridging loan.

If there is really a bridging loan obtained from Ambank, there should be adequate cashflow available to fund and push the construction fast

Ekovest had a booth at star property fair at TCM

SA still saying date of completion is end 2017

Block E studio fully sold except one at top floor. 821 sf one unsold unit at 7th floor at RM716 psf net

Block H one unsold unit at 19th floor RM768 psf net

Ekovest MD sent us letter last time said there will be a newsletter sent to their customers in Oct and will have news on the progress of all their projects. Did anyone receive the newsletter?

The newsletter only shows two pictures of construction progress....of which our jagalat bro pictures are much better

No mention of current completion %

No mention of whether on time in accordance to schedule

No target completion date

Said everything but like said nothing

So what say u?

Only heard of developer getting consent for land initially not charged but subsequently need to get loan which is a messy process

I think they not only need to get purchasers consent but maybe also the end financiers consent

Actually they should call a briefing session for all purchasers...
