RP always based on historical transacted price and this is 1st round auction, if there is no bidder then RP will be reduce by 10% each round. If zero bidding then next round will have lower reserved price. But if there's a keen bidder then that's his/her choice to make.

Just came back from ekocheras loft for Airbnb
To take the access card is difficult. Cant park at the inside (valet wont allow) so need to park at roadside.
Sometimes access card is faulty (according to owner, so need to intercom the security to open the residence boom gate).
Turning radius is quite narrow.
The parking is confusing, signages is confusing, the blocks scattered haphazardly.
Example: After u drive by and see Block I, u dont notice Block H because it is hidden.
No signages to guide u to visitor parking (along the wall actually).
Exit sign also not clear and not properly guide u out.
I saw one sign blocked by the fluorescent light.
Other than the access (Airbnb point of view), the unit is ok.
Wont return
