Same issue with developer in Eko-wol in Semenyih.. 850 sqft apartment sold for 259k.. price is ok based on the developer name but end up common walkway is cement rendered. OMG!!! Suddenly you feel you bought a medium cost apartment far from kl for this price.

Anyway, this is the risk..They will promise everything in order to get you sign the SPA. What we can do? Maybe avoid this developer in the future or expect the worst and pray for the best..

don't make unnecessary scream first.. eco world apartment is either 800 or 900 sqft, not 850.. and it's cement render b4 signing snp whereby buyers r aware of it.. btw I never see sp setia or eco world having corridor tiles for their apartments, be it in setia alam or ecohill or majestic..

Unless it’s low cost apartment, buyer will most likely expect it to be at certain finishes... some more it’s from a developer who’s willing spend million to build the swan roundabout and ‘red carpet’ bridge.

SA got mentioned and buyers were aware. Didn't see ppl protest or bring to court for this matter. Spent money on swan roundabout has nothing to do with the corridor tiles.

i see, perhaps it's part of due diligence instead of waiting SA to tell you.

the corridor is somehow expected but overall facade is just too plain & EW gave special price to selected agent companies hence they can get it at just rm 2xx and selling at rm 230k now (yet still has profit margin). what i heard is there are total 10 units at top and lowest floor for that. u can easily spot that from iproperty / validate from agents too.

Not necessarily, you still need to decide good & bad earlier to have cash accumulation in bank acct.

Whether paper gain or increase in net worth or banks afterall is to get that SS feeling

if leverage/gearing is contrary, only cash buyers can accumulate wealth.

That's doesn't explain why it's contrary to accu wealth.

Feeling priceless or not is personal feeling. Not necessarily everytime will be cocaine high n the ecstasy will degrade with time
