I received a call from lawyer firm two weeks back that my next payment should be sometime Aug/Sep..Mine is BlkJ low floor la....

then mine block H high floor maybe year end then😀

If next billing is for completion of piling then should be for all units irrespective of floor level...but from the photos, does not look like piling completed

Bro, the lawyer called u to inform the next payment date or for other purpose?

Note the price of leasehold arte@dutamas. its leasehold, no mrt or lrt available. nearest timeframe for mrt3 is 2025. its located beside a large convention centre beside matrade. pricing are above rm930psf. distance to klcc abt same distance for Ekocheras to klcc as well. Ekocheras on d other hand is freehold, hv linked covered bridge to mrt, located on ekomall and opposite leisuremall and surrounded by office blocks and selling at rm700+ psf.

Forget about Mrt 2 And 3. Just pray for Mrt 1 can get done enough Liao.
