Some development the mall not even ready yet after the residential completed like 2years For Ekocheras, I think they have done quite well, execution wise.

Yes aware of VP after 2H and road serving to building are ready. The scenario given is for the low floor only... Higher floors of BlkJ not billing up to to 2G... Mind to share your billing stage too?
