"This KL border area is full of condo units and high competition" How come the Partimer project next to a stone garden also rumored close to 6xx psf geh... Then better wait ya... Got auction units ma... Waited many years and my neck is long now.. Still have to wait for wind fall price....

If I go in a group of 5 folks via the public transport, back and forth to the mall and my house, it'll be double that to parking at the mall with 1 car.
