The agent said that the title is commercial title, but electric is under residential rate, whereas water under commercial rate. Is this automatically applied by the developer or buyer need to apply to TNB themselves? Will this be stated in black & white in the S&P ?

Even until today no one can explain why Laisui Mall also alive and why not ta pao-ed..

How come the Partimer project next to a stone garden also rumored close to 6xx psf geh...
Then better wait ya... Got auction units ma...
Waited many years and my neck is long now.. Still have to wait for wind fall price....

LRT doesn't matter to KL folks in term of public transportation to malls. They rarely take public transport to any malls lol

No denying that, especially when travelling in a group. If I go in a group of 5 folks via the public transport, back and forth to the mall and my house, it'll be double that to parking at the mall with 1 car.

The only group who will benefit are those staying there and commuting to and from work in the city.

cheras sentral has it

lots of pillar in the mall, too much pillar

considering this mall is refurbished phoneix plaza

they cut it into 2 parts, hotel and mall

but fail cutting and cause weird layout

visit the mall and u will get what im saying

My focus of discussion is not about this cs.
It is Laisui mall that stands!
(Feel to to read other threads if l visited the cs mall)

cheras sentral is really a failed mall.. escalators are located at weird position.. many shops are closed, f&b outlets are less than 10

surprisingly Uniqlo and Cotton On still survive..

leisure mall is much better than this mall
