To some shoppers using MRT from Kacang, when MRT reached Cockrine, they still have a choice whether to travel one stop for upcoming tallest trex or two for bkt binatang with better shopping experience.

If they choose ikia then the hand carry items to MRT will be limited also....

target Christmas or CNY?

Festival seasons are good targets for new malls opening, in general. The xmas-cny window is a good target.
LM, Fenix, Ceras Sentre, Velo were opened in year end to capturing X'mas market. By referencing the surrounding/nearby malls opening, my guess is yes, they target to open before xmas.

Ekomall is not a competition to bb malls and velo.

Its a neigbourhood mall.

If you can get things and eat things in ekomall, why need to travel further away to velo or bb? Too much tine or too much credit in yr touch n go?

1st question - what it has to do with LM n EKO?

Generally for normal weekly shopping cockrance qua and specified shopping bb.

But why we assume the above scenario especially when in reality:-

1. There are tons of malls btw semenyik to bb.
2 ppl that do serious shopping usually drive and not takin hgv mrt. I think easier and free parking will be top on their list

Back to the topic, how would you think this EKC mall will thrive for long term?
