as long as local drivers keep jumping queue, hog right lane, text and drive, slow to photograph traffic incidents, or other 3rd world behaviour, traffic jam is inevitable.

Everything is gov related.
Dbkl will keep approving pigeon hole and property under 500k and shopping malls and later will blame oversupplies and will ban this ban that...and later will withdraw the ban. All just for show. One thing not for show is their warchest. |
