BlkJ is there more duplex levels to facility deck(roof top), as revealed from recent picture.
Prepare to pay some stages of progressive billing....

For block H & J .. total how many floor ?

Duplexes 30 floors each block.
Equal to about 60 storey. 18' height per floor.

BlkH already passed half the height.
BlkJ needs to wait for BlkH to build the roof facility deck and linkin bridge.

Agent inform that Shopping Mall and Block H and J will be completing by Sep 2018, accordingly to them the source is from developer. Is that the estimate completion date that given by developer?

Mentioned in the latest propcafe article too...residential is decomber this year....mall ll be earlier. Doubt it will happen.

How much LAD developer is paying to the purchaser now? Huat ah...

One year late..so maybe around 50k kua. With this amount, So all buyers should have holding power on ekocheras haha..less ppls ll throw price..even rental mkt ll not depress like others haha

aiks.. the jam will continue until (at least) this year end..

Personally l won't expect the jam will be eased even after the opening of ekc mall and its towers' vp.
The root cause, this place is called Cheras. Traffic jam has been famous for 40+ yeras. Won't be surprised the jam continues...

I just came across this on the Oriental Group website, they state they opening a new outlet soon at EkoCheras Mall on Aug 2018, which isdoubtful as alvinnhw agent said it should be Sept 2018.

My friend who used to work for shopping mall construction said, expect a delay of 2~3 months of the said date.
