Whether the boss lost in their BM, this project was slow since day one.... But to follow your logic, boss like this can at least entered to some document signing (the bid) than other big name reputable developers.... Heehee.... |

Being a fresh developer I think this case is more of underestimated scale involved in integrated development ie 3 storeys basement, malls and finally the serviced apartment/ soho/ office components.The time taken to complete the basement and ground works... it has taken Ekovest like 24months? |

driving along jln cheras, can see they building walls with bricks of individually units.
but i thought for safety reasons, the brick wall can't start until the building concrete framework reached top floor?  |
