1st time property developer...give chance sikit......

they made the wrong decision to sell apartments 1st then realised the earlier master plan wasn't good enuf.....hence the delay....not really construction stalled for first 2 years......

less than one more year lah......to be precise.....less than 7 months to go........ devil.gif

if DBKL upheld the last court rulling, unlikely they can extend the spa timeframe....but in bolehsia....you can never know......

In case you happened to follow the posts for the past 2 years, it is very thankful there was no abandonship already. Despite super slow, 10 levels are seeable from mid far. Not saying happy but there's bit by bit results.. Try looking at the picture two years ago....

Huhu.. Only 7 months left as pee SPA date. Definitely out of schedule oledi.The CCC progress itself may need 3-6 moths, not to forget still hv 22 storeys to catch up.....

However, still need to monitor if there's any EoT-like document "superseding" it and observe how other project buyers handle the situation.

No wonder their tauke lost their bandar Malaysia...even small project like this also delay....

Whether the boss lost in their BM, this project was slow since day one....
But to follow your logic, boss like this can at least entered to some document signing (the bid) than other big name reputable developers.... Heehee....

Being a fresh developer I think this case is more of underestimated scale involved in integrated development ie 3 storeys basement, malls and finally the serviced apartment/ soho/ office components.

The time taken to complete the basement and ground works... it has taken Ekovest like 24months?
