1. Annual Income: RM47K (still got OT)

2. Free Lifetime Annual Fee: A Must or can be waived with fair bit of spending

3. Card required for: Cashback, AirMiles, Overseas Transactions, Points, Free LCCT Lounge Access, Utilities, Groceries.

4. Existing credit cards if any: Maybank Gold 2 Cards, RHB Smart Value Card, HSBC Platinum

5. Looking at CC from: no specific preferences

6. Others: Trying to maximize cashback and get airmiles. Currenlty using all of my points from all 3 cards to convert to Enrich points. Also trying to get a card with better benefits to replace the HSBC/RHB card that I have. HSBC has been upgraded twice from Classic to Gold to Platinum. RHb has never been upgraded, just changed by RHB from the normal classic card that I used as my first card back in 2009. Never been offered by RHB. HSBC was automatically upgraded twice.

Thx for the input.

I forgot to put in that I do a lot of online spending (Lazada, flight tickets, Agoda). Would the CIMB rebate card be good for that?

I also just found out that I can link a non-Maybank credit card to Maybank2u.com. I want to link the AEON Big visa card, pay all my monthly bills with it, then use Pos Online to pay the AEON card.

Then split it and pay the AEON card twice using Pos Online. Using Maybank ikhwan and CIMB rebate cards to max out the cashback. Would this work?

*These are the transaction categories that would be define as eCommerce spend if they fulfil either one of the criteria
a. Merchant (card acceptor) city is indicated as eCommerce (Merchant City = eCommerce)

b. Electronic order though e-commerce / online ( POS Entry Mode = E-Commerce AND Card Holder Presence = Electronic Order)

c. Cards details are manually entered /not swiped AND transaction order is executed through secure code authorization (Pos Entry Mode = Manual Entry AND eCommerce indicator = Ecommerce)

d. Card details are manually entered / not swiped AND transaction is a standing order /recurring transaction ( POS Entry Mode = Manual Entry AND Card Holder = Standing Order / Recurring Transaction AND Pos Terminal Location = No Terminal Used)

linking 'other banks' card to m2u can, but your payees will be restricted to a small list. you can check M2u for more info.

YOLO and CIMB CR are your only options.
PBB VS needs RM 100k per annum.
