If you can show proof of your 20k rental income, bank might consider.

Some "genius" banks don't, in my experience.

ehhh... define "genius"... haha

Can, gt tenancy agreement and even bank statement to support tat it being banked in monthly... can give a try perhaps... as the pbb vs 6% seems a good deal which wise 10% is complicated thn MBB2card no longer good...

MBB Visa Signature or MBB Ikhwan Mastercard or Citibank CB Plat.

So the best cash back card for grocery, petrol and telco would be MBB Visa Signature?

MBB Visa Signature
If cant spend more thn 50k a year, thn annual fee would be RM 550.

MBB Ikhwan Mastercard
For Friday and Saturday only.

Citibank CB Plat would be
5% for Petrol
2% for grocery
2% for telco

Seems like nowadays card all revise to have lesser cash back benefit.

Else like Wise spend up to 2k, RM100 cap cb, effectively would be js 5%.
SCB OnePlat up to highest gap of cash back, effective cash rebate also js about 3%.

All encourage ppl to spend more thn the "to be rabate amount", thn effective cash rebate is actually lower thn marketed % of cash rebate. :/

Okay, better thn nothing, but js yet nt as good as old era. Dont blame me posting this. lol
