a credit call like this is not recommended as they are usually a lot higher than conventional personal loan. I would strongly advise to consider loan option rather than this. Another option is to consider using your existing card and Balance Transfer the credit to another bank card that offers 6 months or 12 months interest free installments.

if possible, try not to get in debt whenever you could.

there is no 'Online' usage card from Maybank. But for petrol, you can consider Maybank Ikhwan card.

if you don't mind other banks, then UOB VOX and CIMB Cash Rebate card are good for online.

May I know what's the best cars for paying utility bills? Previously used mbb2card and not getting any cb until now with all my bills. Did a bit search and it seems that uob Vox was suitable. Does Vox give cash back for bills payments such as tnb and unifi?

Yes, provided you pay using UOBPayOnline. UniFi can also be paid with TM Portal or OCC Unifi, you can also get it.
Else, if your income qualifies for Public Bank Visa Signature is also another good card.

thanks for your reply. However, i checked from ringgitplus there is a quote mentioned 'However when we say online retail shopping we don’t mean bill payments or insurance premiums.'. Does this means unifi bills was not entitled for 5% cashback? hmm.gif hmm.gif

Check out UOB thread first post for those merchants we have tried and work. I have paid before both Unifi and TNB, no issue at all to get cash back on VOX.
Until one day it decided to close it.
