I received email from sales agent as shown below;


You are advise to prepare the RM5,000 banker’s cheque and bring along your entitlement letter on 100% loan approval (if any) when you come for the balloting event on 16th May 2017 morning even though you will entitle for 100% Govt. loan approval later.

For your info, we shall only give the priority to those with RM5,000 banker’s cheque and loan approval (with bank’s loan letter offer / LPPSA letter).

Further, we shall refund to you accordingly if there is any exceed payment after your 100% loan approval and loan disbursement from LPPSA (by written notice) .

Thank you.



Now we need RM5000 bank cheque or cash and bank loan approval offer / LPPSA letter?

Well, seeing this pics I really kesian to those normal Enesta buyer. bye.gif
RUMAHWIP cheaper than 130k plus and much better orientation compare to normal block, albeit with a slightly smaller size.

Reason why (let's take normal block cheapest unit for example):

1. Almost half the block will face HTC (I think got 3 huge candle light there). North facing unit will get MRT (hahaha). South facing unit will see RUMAHWIP block (hahaha).
2. Located beside the main road. Paying more expensive to get this? RUMAHWIP is secluded, more quietly located.
3. Below got retail. 3 floors of shoplots. You got to be kidding me. Less privacy. Nothing below RUMAHWIP there.
4. 3 lifts serving 10 units per floor. (note: some bigger size units got more rooms as well). RUMAHWIP 3 lifts serving 8 units per floor.
5. 1 car park slot. RUMAHWIP the same 1 car park slot.
6. Condo facilities. RUMAWHIP the same full condo facilities.

The normal one is designed by italian designer, it will worth the money buyer pay. I notice there is no HTC in the model, meaning HTC will be removed?

I also no see traffic light there. So will remove also based on based on your theory?

Did u ever go to frens or relative house and they tell u their building is design by Italian/American/Japan? Nobody cares...

Fyi;, new Sch H stipulated that Dev can't charge interest for the first 6 months for those buyer who getting gov loan..

I already posted before rumahwip win over normal block for this project. Crazy. Not because of pricing but because of block location and orientation. Certainly best buy all rumahwip buyer. Remember own stay and not to rent out. Lol.
