I actually received the floor plan from the agent and shared with my sister and friends.
Only one conclusion, the design is Super Geng lolx.
Check Type 4, the main door walking inside the house (corridor) damn long, waste of space there.
Check some Types the master room, when you open the master room door, guess what? It cover part of the master room toilet entry Lolx, no show room yet i am not sure how much the door cover it but in the floor plan it seems like that.

This design really Geng, but the agent said is from Europe dunno which famous designer lolx. Hmm maybe i am old fashion hahaha

Sorry for that.

Check the full layout floor plan. you will know why the long corridor for type 3 and type 4 actually. those units are located near to the lift. heard is to create less clustered zone by separating and mixing up the door entrance of each unit.

No comment on the master bed room toilet. Worse case is to change it into sliding door.

Not really. Please check the RUMAHWIP brochure and compare yourself.
I would say density wise RUMAHWIP wins. 8 units per floor only. Number of lifts the same 2+1.
Facilities wise seems like the same. Although cannot compare on the size of the swimming pool for example. Probably smaller size.

Rental will be affected once VP. And capital appreciation will be affected as will 6 years after VP.
RUMAHWIP will always be on the upper hand.

Yes 10 years lock in for sale starting from date sign SPA. Assuming this project construction period will take 4 years meaning that 6 years after completion you are free to sell already.

To rent out instead of own stay will need to pandai-pandai. Even now you can check and see Residensi Rampai (800 sqft) rumahwip owner start renting out. So 4 years from now with so many rumahwip around I highly doubt the authority able to handle or monitor.
