Ayoo.. 80% of rumawip at RM300K price... Some rumawip RM169-230K because they didn't do some optional requirement..you can read dasar rumawip at KPKT or rumawip website.

u got what u paid bro.. I involve in costing for Kiara Kasih.. we don't take any profit for rumawip as it is CSR.. Government just waived certain things, nothing much..

Also if you can try not to let others know that you have anything to do with Kiara Kasih and UEM Sunrise. Coz by the way you sound, people might think you're arrogant and inconsiderate, and that's a bad representation for UEM Sunrise. Cheers.

Rumawip, RM300K with basic facilities and basic finishing..

as far as i know, enesta kepung is above par already for rumawip.. better than sky awani, pandan mas finishing..

Please remember, enesta kepong only 254 unit, means that developer only have RM76.2 million budget only.. very little for high rise.. but they manage to do well.. Even nowadays we have bankrupt developer like Enigma for Rumah Selangorku.

KL address, walkable to MRT, Pool, gym, security, 3 lift.. wow, far far exceed expectation ady..

Just wait for your VP.. Inspect your house accordingly and ask developer to repair for any defect during DLP..

You make me all wonder.. Do you work for the developer? Why are you trying your hardest to defend the developer even after the owners lay out all the shortcomings and near non-existent finishes.

When you said 'as far i know', you mean 'as little as you know'?

Also low density and walkable to MRT is something everybody knows even before balloting, and that's why everybody work so hard to get a unit. If that's your arguement point, then all the property near KLCC and Midvalley should expect few grades lower than their intended standard becoz 'of the good location'?
