Sure RUMAWIP version got condo facilities?
Few pages before says that only non-RUMAWIP get those facilities.
I'm eyeing this one for investment, but since people says no condo facilities, been holding back till now.

Ayooo.. you complaint too much bro for rm300K.. RM300K nowadays in KL, you can only buy medium cost apartment or flat without guard and no facilities at all..

Perhaps your brain is not developed enough to process and soak in the fact that 300k is the capped price which is the maximum price for rumawip.
Maximum means 'the greatest quantity or value attainable or attained' according to Webster... I scared you no understand that's why i go google it. By default a 300k rumawip should have a highest quality product of all rumawip.

But you don't give up, you know how to use a computer, it's already a great achievement.

rumahwip got 3 lifts serving 8 units (800sqft) per floor
bebas block also got 3 lifts but serving 10 bigger size unit per floor.

Let me rephrase again Rm300k doesn't mean we can get poor quality with poor finishing by saying our properties low density near to mrt. What we want is proper finishing that's all we don't want half a** finishing like chain link fences, degrade paint, exposed piping etc.

If I'm the developer I will furnish your Kiara Kasih with industrial theme and half a** finishing then I will reply you saying that " Your property near to Mont Kiara that all we can give you.." Well its only Rm300k you pay what you get.. My a**.

Those who said Enesta Jinjang need to go back to school and learn geography.. especially districts in KL..
