For 300k pricing and next to mrt, i for sure will not complain.

Jinjang and Kepong is one of the area with high crime rate, that why we need much more secure fence.

Ayoo.. so much complaint la.. Buy 300K oso want to complaint.. near MRT sumore.. apa lagi mau? less than 300 units demand first class facilities.. You wanna pay RM1K per month for maintenance isit ? Too much complaints.

Kepong Jinjang high crime la.. Everywhere got high crime in KL except for Tier 1 area which have relatively less crime rate like MK, Hartamas, Dutamas etc..

Ayoo.. everything want to complaint.. dont buy affordable house la.. Go buy serviced apartment..

even flat walkable to LRT priced more rm200K nowadays.. govt help you buy kondo with guarded, swimming pool with price tag rm300K.. don't too much complaints la..

err, not sure you interpret it wrong or what, but the title says grew out of, which means that was in the past, now no more and there is not mention of the current Jinjang and Kepong being high crime rate in your sos.
and the whole title of the link literally states "jinjang-grows-out-of-bad-reputation-no-more-gang-fights-in-new-villages-as-citys-development-creeps"

I post one of the link for reference purposes, live at Jinjang/kepong for my whole life somehow its not secure to have those chain link fences imo.

To me, for this pricing and location, the quality is acceptable. If i was not tied to a pr1ma project, i will gladly take this.

Do you have other project which is 300k, 800sqft above, walking distance to mrt, no htc cemetry nearby with good quality?

Theres really not much 300k can do for you. Top up 150k more and we can talk.

People keep forgetting this is affordable housing, hence the purchasers are bound by strict terms and condition set out by the government. When you wanna compare with those free market housing, don't forget this factor especially the no selling for 10 years.

Also it's always easier said than done. Yeah maybe you will still buy it, but once you have signed the SPA and the loan is disbursed, will you just sit there and accept whatever poor quality work done by the developer? Or you will voice out and take action as a concerned purchaser?

Again, 300k is the maximum price for rumawip, in other words, it should be the highest rank of all kind of rumawip.
