Ic, mine is enesta suites hopes won’t have any problem la, i saw you’re not satisfy with the fencing, but fencing can be solved afterward ma unlike the henge that kinda water leaking i think cant be fixed unless rebuild the whole thing... if just the fencing thing i think it still better than the henge la, my friend say the kepongmas no facilities one leh and a lot foreigner worker stay there, i pass by there few times in evening damn a lot foreigner walk in walk out there...

Fencing is one of it, but the build quality is the one that we are not satisfy.
Its like simply slap something (not up to expectation) and tell us that its approved by their architect, in order to sell their enesta suites they build up our wip like crap so their enesta suites look nice. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

Then I think among the worst is Seri Wahyu, ppl in the group keep complaining about the project and envy of Kepongmas. Seems like WIP in Kepong all gg project.

Ahhar ic, don’t know what’s the part you mention to, but at least from the what i see now(from outside) it still looks good la, quite few of my friends work professional in the industry also say not bad... that’s why i booked the project... i don't think the utilities will as worst as the henge la but u shakes me now 🤦🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️

To be honest I never hear any construction don’t have problem one... it’s just about how serious it is... i everyday hear my brother as a consultant fk those contractors and architects even those famous company such KP, Gamuda, Setiakon, etc...

seri wahyu is complain about the expose piping at walkway. actually won't give much problem, as for unit itself need to spend money do to plaster ceiling.
for quality we dont really know yet.

Saw some of the picture from the thread itself, the corridor kinda small for me the finishing not up to expectation. I saw most of the rumawip using those normal window and not those big window like commercial one.

Haha. True of what you said, but WIP owner better don't set expectation WIP price can get commercial standard. Reality is cruel, all is give and take

Kinda regret actually, They have to make WIP look not up to expectation so their normal unit will sold out. That the reality we have to face.

Wow, that's the lift lobby? More like warehouse or gudang.

Time will tell whether this Enesta Service Apartment is an over glorified project riding on the fact that it's near MRT station.
