wouldn't it be better if it's the other way around?

maybe the developer wanted the nicer block out front but for people residing within the more expensive block, wouldn't they prefer to be at the back instead where it's quieter?

i think it's about time some one start compiling a detailed comparison with reason new launches within this vicinity.
say a henge vs mizumi vs fortune perdana vs jl99 vs enesta vs first residence (use a completed as benchmark?)

anybody willing to do it and share here?

if I remember correctly, the façade is pretty 'flat' and uninspiring with small windows (possible lourve???)

macam those mid-low cost apartments that sold around 180k. no offend....

On paper it looks good. In reality this project is even better.
- low density
- direct access to MRT
- mainroad frontage
- busy n vibrant vicinity
