My advice to those who bought non rumawip.. VP 2020.. Tahan la negative cash flow and competition from rumawip for rental war..

MRT2 Jinjang completed 2022.. So, quickly sell your property around 2023-2025...

rumawip only can start selling around 2027-2028

1. what is the size difference between these 2 products? rumawip is 900sf? smallest size for non rumawip is ??
2. are the facilities offered for both the same?
3. are maintenance charges the same?
4. rumawip for rental. is this allowable?

i think this is where rumawip better than those ordinary condo, at least for first 10 years, because gov allow to rent it to locals only, so if u see foreigner, can just report it

Developer is in the middle of applying conversion to open more none bumi quota, should be ready early next year but can start applying ady. PM me your number and I pass it to the developer side.
