My advice to those who bought non rumawip.. VP 2020.. Tahan la negative cash flow and competition from rumawip for rental war..

MRT2 Jinjang completed 2022.. So, quickly sell your property around 2023-2025...

rumawip only can start selling around 2027-2028

2. are the facilities offered for both the same?
3. are maintenance charges the same?

If not mistaken, only left 1-2 largest units. To be honest, i think you should buy a property when it is first launch so that you can choose the best unit.
Property is not cheap and for some people they are only afford to buy only one in their entire life.
I believe the units left not the best one as it already launching for almost one year already.
Anyway, if you still think this project is good and you can't find any better (the unit is not your concern) then you can still go for it.
By the way, i am the RumahWIP owner, as Chinese always say, Win all if you act first, else you only will be the loser (just kidding lolx)

the project had been launched by amona on 2015 and re-launched by thriven on 2017. i am afraid no non-bumi lot left and may have long waiting list.  since there is agent in this forum, they may advise u further.

guys, I just meet with the public bank banker for enesta. they said this project offer rate was 4.52% is that rate okay?
