I received the email too regarding the referral program lolx.
It mentioned Bumi lot only, but i think they will convert to Non-Bumi lot if the Bumi lot not able to sell out in this time.

how come i get late one even i signed SNP on June 2017 first day of launching, and where do u get above schedule template? I don't get it from thriven too..

u late to get mortgage? u can find schedule in snp, the one i shared grab from online. received the email on last thurs then see the advertisement in fb too.

ya i yet get mortgage because my loan only can go 70% , mayb due to this reason i get billing late

u need to pay almost 100k urself for 70% loan
i dun have much money, 10% deposit oso need to pay by installment

Yes in terms of price, but residensi Enesta is rumahWIP but FCentra, Mizumi etc are not.
Even if you compare the normal Enesta project also better, even the design of normal Enesta abit weird lolx

Outlook of Unio not bad, more futuristic outlook if compare others

Enesta price is better than strategic location, compare to other projects. my nephew went to unio, trinity lemanja & riana dutamas b4. unio is crazy pricey with 'bro' neighborhood & tricky traffic access. trunity lemanja neighborhood quite congested while riana dutamas side always lot of vehicles pass by, difficult to go out.

mrt jinjang will have park & ride at opposite of station but i think wont be as cheap as sg buloh station. last time my fren parking at bdr utama station cost about rm18 for less than 1 day.

Ahhh park and ride. Beautiful. But wat mean by opposite of station? U mean behind isit. If opposite is not the enesta kepong plot which is building currently?
