if your on D, standstill engine idling causes trembling; most probably engine mounting dead.

but its year 2012, thats a short life span. what's the current mileage?

it could be that the idling RPM is too low, hence shaky.

as for ATF oil, best change every 20k on the ODO.

Yes , the trembling comes at D position. However, the problem comes and goes.
I'll be checking the pcv valve later .. or just change a new one.
This problem occurs after adding Ceratec (Liqui MOly). Probalby clogged the pcv.
Trial and error. ...

Current mileage is 40K .. so will change the ATF too.
Not sure if the previous owner takes care of it...

Gonna flush out the coolant and replace with filtered water & new coolant.

Just wanna clear something up.
My engine problem has nothing to do with Ceratec.
It was due to water sip into one of the spark plugs.
Hence the firing was out of timing.

Must be the car dealer send it for engine wash. ...

Last month i send my car to Toyota Subang for 10k service. Then last week i realise my chrome bar is making sound when i touch it. I see properly and i saw 2 screws for holding the front chrome bar is missing.
Reported to them and they say maybe the Toyota Subang car washing person snatched it.

current vios has much more discount compare to new model .
according to thailand price is increase around 3% , i'm sure that new model will not have discount when it launching. plus the increase price , price difference will have a almost 10k difference .


if not urgent to use car , maybe can wait till end year promo ? probably have some good deal later
