You can try the below:

I stayed at Arabella Holiday Home in 2009, good for 30 pax with ample parking if you booked the whole bungalow.  I prefer to stay in hotels, more privacy for all and it comes with breakfast.

Note the 2 bungalows are in Tanah Rata, near to residential apartments occupied by locals.  Lots of mosquitos when I was there, do bring insecticide.

for spm resort, i already contacted the owner. that place is only for those who want to make as accommodation only. cannot do BBQ...cannot karaoke...just stay there and feel the scenery...its quit nice though but im afraid my colleagues does not want that...huhuhu

Arabella bungalow, already contact the owner. she said want to get back to me to check on the availability. but until now she does not contact me. maybe she forgot already about me. huhuhu

If you don't mind roughing it out a little with a 30-bed bunk.

There are other bungalows with lesser beds around but I have not heard positive feedbacks about them, some are reportedly very run-down, so beware.

Perhaps another location for your consideration, I did not call them, the place has many rules or so it seems. I ruled it out during research, you might want to find out more.

Any comment for Cameron Secrets travel agent?

They offer tour package with orang asli village visiting, those butterfly farms, strawberry farms etc are the last in my list for CH trip.

How abt Father's Guest House? Rating?

Checked their website, double bed room attached bathroom RM90 per night.

Does shared bathroom means the bathroom share among other tourist which located out of the room?
