@yehlai
The Free Organ Recital is actually free to everyone...

When I arrived and ask the Box Office about free organ performance, they straight away ask how much ticket I want...
I answer 2, and she give me 2 ticket without any question...

It is free seating anyway...

The organnist: Marc Rochester have perform 6 organ pieces:
Louis James Alfred Lefébure-Wély (1817-1870): Marche (Op. 122 No. 4)
Edwin Lemare (1865-1934): Berceuse
Joseph Rheinberger (1839-1901): Intermezzo from Sonata No. 4 (Op. 98)
Herbert Howells (1892-1983): Master Tallis's Testament
Maria Theresa von Paradis (1759-1824): Sicilienne
Marcel Lanquetuit (1894-1985): Toccata in D

He perform every music very well...
I seldom listen to organ's music... and these pieces is quite different from the organ music I listen before...

Ya, it is the Rachmaninoff's Symphonic Dances (I think I have posted it on previous post sweat.gif )
And also Bach's Harpsichord music, some organ and accordion music.

I didn't go to DFP on that night...

1.11.2008
There will be another performance organise by Roland Asia Pacific again on that night.
Same place (KL Convention Centre, Plenary Theatre), and the price is RM50

Rachmaninoff's Piano Concerto No. 2
Bach's Harpsichord Concerto in D minor, BWV 1052

Both just first movement, play with string orchestra, and also have other music too...

About the Lang Lang's performance...
There is someone write about it in here
http://pianys.blogspot.com/2008/08/blog-post_27.html
(Chinese blog)

Even you arrived at there, you also have to queue up... sweat.gif
I never queuing when buy the MPO ticket tongue.gif
