Now looking for Android Auto options One of the forummer here recommended Sony XAV-W650BT. Got Bluetooth, USB and AUX in. Also compatible with the Swift's steering wheel control. This is not Android Auto though. This post has been edited by thirumaran: Aug 19 2018, 10:55 AM |

Hi all, helping to ask for a friend, what brake fluid does Swift gen 2 uses?
I helped to check the brake fluid level but can't see properly cuz the shape of the brake fluid reservoir very funny one. I can see from outside its around min level so I wanna help top up. But, due to the funny reservoir shape, I can't see the colour of the fluid to decide whether to flush it out and replace new or not. 1. Its also using the normal red/dark red colour brake fluid right? 2. The reservoir cap state to use Dot 3 fluid, should be ok to use better quality Dot 4 fluid right? Thanks |

Maintenance is slightly above Vios and city about 100-150 extra.Thinking to get a Swift. Any year i should be looking at or avoid ? Pj used to be 222 but better check. Batu caves SC still under Suzuki if not wrong. Nothing to avoid imo but zc71 is slightly fuel guzzer. Zc72 is having smaller engine displacement and slightly better fc. Only used unit for sale now. Suzuki no longer sell car in Malaysia. |

Just engine oil fully 2xx + filter (forget) + labor. Rm4xx. Toyota just a little over rm300. Full service. Engine oil + oil filter + atf + plug + coolant + aircond filter + labor. Rm8xx. Toyota 7xx. Owned both car. It's vios and swift. 2 different segment. Pay higher price to SC for peace of mind, the car work perfectly till now. This post has been edited by Chisinlouz: Sep 12 2018, 11:31 AM |

QUOTE(megahertz @ Sep 12 2018, 12:09 PM) Yep. I only compare SC to SC. Private workshop got kawan price so is unfair comparison. Just a heads up to those wish to purchase this car and service at SC This post has been edited by Chisinlouz: Sep 12 2018, 04:47 PM |

QUOTE(ericmaxman @ Jun 16 2017, 08:16 AM) Try not to use water, it can potentially cause issues in the long term. bro, wanna ask, what is your review on the spring / absorbers pairing you have there?Coolant capacity is roughly 6.2 litres I am using Toyota coolant, but green type. Seeing that your Swift Sport already has rust, I would highly recommend getting your coolant system flushed soonest possible. I changed to a set from maddriver Paired with ZC31S springs i hope you dont mind me asking where you bought the zc31s springs from? |
