Hi, i would like to check, my mother nett income is rm2300, so when my dad submit income tax, he will declared as berasingan or isteri tidak ada punca pendapatan?

Ur mum got income, how can u declare no income?

Ur net income is per month or per year? If per year, go for joint assessment ..

The net income is per month. So my mum need to submit tax ?

The reason i put no income cause i see the guidelines at official website about pasangan tidak ada punca pendapatan or cukai dikecualikan

But you said your mum got income and the net income is RM 2300.

Aggregate income is roughly RM 31k excluding bonuses and allowances.

Got mine too.

She have no allowance and bonus. Yearly is about rm29k

Not being taxed doesn't mean you no need to file. Your mother still need to file even she chooses to do combined assessment.

As long as u start to work, u need to perform e-filing

change language to english only then understand what the f....this is....
btw, "*Date of Approval by the Minister", apa nie?
the date we start working or what?
the explanation "Isikan tarikh kelulusan oleh Menteri sebagai pekerja berpengetahuan atau pekerja berkepakaran dalam ruangan ini." doesnt help at all..

I feel you..me also still haven't receive. Submitted on 1st march as well. Maybe they run it batch by batch. My e-filing serial number 5000++. Most probably they have processed the earlier one.

Hi all, quick question hoping someone could help.

The auto calculated "Instalments / Monthly Tax Deductions paid for 2015 income - SELF and HUSBAND / WIFE for joint assessment" (I assumed it is PCB) is different than my EA form in E-filing.

Can I update with the correct figure based on the "Potongan Cukai Berjadual (PCB) Tahun Semasa yang dibayar kepada LHDNM"?
