Hi, i would like to check, my mother nett income is rm2300, so when my dad submit income tax, he will declared as berasingan or isteri tidak ada punca pendapatan?

The reason i put no income cause i see the guidelines at official website about pasangan tidak ada punca pendapatan or cukai dikecualikan

She have no allowance and bonus. Yearly is about rm29k
Kena tax?

Hi, want to ask about:

Perbelanjaan rawatan perubatan, keperluan khas dan penjaga untuk ibu bapa (kaedah kesihatan
disahkan oleh pengamal perubatan)

My father have keep receipt for me for tax submission. This only can claim for example go to hospital to do radiologi, ECG, right? For like normal cough, fever and go to normal clinic, this is not allow to claim. Am i right?

want to ask about the rental income.
As i need to declare my rental income, can i ask the amount to declare is total rental per year or after deduct the monthly maintenance fee? My rental income is RM 700 per month, the maintenance fee is RM 120 per month.
So i should declare RM 700 per month or RM 580 per month?

If EA form stated annual income is RM 30,000. Still need to submit income tax or no need?

Previous year no submit tax cause company no give EA form. So I didn't submit, but this year give me EA form. I also don't know need to submit or not

If no need to submit tax, then my husband when submit tax, he should choose jenis taksiran is berasingan or pasangan tiada punca pendapatan?

Hi,

Need to ask few queries from here :

I have rent out an apartment, the tenancy agreement is from (1 July 2017 to 30 June 2018) and continue with same tenant from (1 July 2018 to 30 June 2019), same rental at RM 1000 since July 2017 till now.

So for the 50% tax exemption, should I declare (RM 1000 x 12) – 50% = RM 6000?

The RM 6000 will key into Statutory Income from rents when in e-filing tax submission?
