QUOTE(T231H @ Mar 6 2016, 07:21 PM) I think it got to do with the "single tier tax system" read out that topic for details....I found some on google....(more in google) Shareholders dividend under the single tier tax system (STS) http://voyager8.blogspot.my/2010/02/shareh...ingle-tier.htmlhttp://bursastory.blogspot.my/2011/12/sing...or-bad-for.htmlhttp://www.micpa.com.my/micpastudent/docum...e1-10112008.pdfThanks for your advise. My point is that e-filling for year 2014 has provision for tax deducted for dividends under HK3. However there is no HK3 provision for 2015 e-filling. I have written to them for clarification. Will share with all when I get a reply.

Hi Guys
Just to share, LHDN now accepts Maybank issued Visa Corporate card for Ezypay 6 or 12 mths installment for companies paying the remaining tax difference/balance.
However there's a fee that's charge back to the cardholder 1.25% for 6 mths Ezypay and 2.05% for 12 mths respective.
Though there's a charge, its still a lot cheaper financing if compare even to some BA rates especially OD.
Good for those who got tight cash flow especially during this time.

Hi guys, its again time to file for taxes. Just did mine and almost fainted on the amount additional that need to pay on top of monthly pcb. This is due to commissions paid by comp didnt go through pcb deductions. I've actually set up my finance to pay additional per month on pcb but i guess it's not enough.
Is there any way to request to pay off the balance in like 6 mths installment? If need to hand out one lump sum, i'm going to KO already as most of it is tied in investments.

Maybank credit cards do offer 6/12 month installment. Or maybe you can write to IRB and tell them your situation see they approve or not..

Hi guys,
I just register income tax number thru online and just got my income tax no: SG 021234567890 (similar EXAMPLE)
I realized the number is 12 digit long. However it seems when i want to register for the pin, it only allows me to key in 11 digits. so should i removed the 0 in front become SG 21234567890?
Please advise.

You got to get the pin from IRB office. Try call see whether they can give the pin to you through the phone.

QUOTE(David83 @ Mar 7 2016, 01:34 PM) There's a PCB table to serve as guideline. It usually takes into consideration of EPF deduction only. It may also require info like whether you're single or marreid and also how many children you have. But do take note that, if that particular month, you receive bonus (not allowance) that not as your usual monthly drawing salary, there's another method to recalculate the PCB deduction on that particular with taking into account the bonus. ok got it. but rm700 out of 10000 is bout 7%. is the PCB rate that high?

Do we need to submit the receipt or statement of insurance? If yes, how do we submit them online as proof? No need to submit the receipts and statements for 7 years. You need to present them if and only if you're called to be audited. You may not been called this year but could be years later.
