googled and found this....

As an employer, are you aware of the reporting obligations under the Malaysian Income Tax Act, 1967?
It is important to understand the obligations under the law as these obligations are mandatory and failure to comply with these obligations would result in penalties to be imposed.
Amongst others, one of the employer’s responsibility is to notify Malaysian Inland Revenue Board (MIRB) on cessation of employment, retirement, death or departure from Malaysia of an employee.

there are some exemption ....too

thanks, i suppose the reason why some company withhold the vss/mss sum is because there is instruction from irb to request tax clearance must be completed by that particular employee before leaving (or fund release). hence the decision is most likely come from irb and not the company.

Guys one question here regarding payment of income tax with credit card.
If I pay income tax with rhb cc can i be eligible for reward points?

What other bank's cc can be used for reward points accumulation?

Oo. In my EA form there is show deduction of PCB (it deduct for my bonus) but in the BE it is empty. 😬
I checked the e-lajar, it did show the same amount in my PCB.

I shall call LHDN to confirm 😊

Thank you so much for your feedback.
