QUOTE(David83 @ Mar 11 2019, 06:16 PM) 1. YES, you need to submit first. thanks so much David! Appreciate it! you the best, always helping noobs like me 2. At the end, the slip will tell what code to use. Use to same code even you want to make split payments. This post has been edited by raptar_eric: Mar 11 2019, 06:17 PM |

QUOTE(David83 @ Mar 11 2019, 09:45 PM) RM 1500 parents tax relief no need to have medical support. Sifu, based on thestar, it means if parents have any source of income, then cannot claim. The source is it applicable to both parents, or either 1?If your parents are healthy and eligible you can claim this relief. If your parents under medical attention support, you can claim up to RM 5k medical expenses. Please read through that section for eligibility and requirement for tax relief claim. Means if father got income, mother dont have can claim 1500? Or if father have then both also cannot? |

QUOTE(yklooi @ Mar 15 2019, 08:03 PM) well this is just my guess based on my logical thinking. but between 30th April and 1st May.....just 1 day late I think the Govt won't make a scene out of it even though they can. btw, mind sharing what card are you holding that can gives CB 10% on LHDN tax payment? this 10%CB is worth the fees of 0.80% Administrative Charge fee when making a payment using a credit card to LHDN. |

argh submitted yesterday midnight, put wrong column for insurance.. accidently put under public servant with pension instead of individual... any sifus can advise if i should wait for the pindaan e-BE to be released or go LHDN straight to amend?
and also, in LHDN website, for amendment i see a penalty of 10%, does that apply to those who submitted in the period of tax submission? |

QUOTE(GrumpyNooby @ Mar 2 2020, 02:07 PM) e-Permohonan Pindaan BE for YA2019 should be ready starting 1/4/2020 thanks for the info bro.. my only worry is that since i submitted early, they refunded me, only i submit, they think i cheat them later.. i can pay back the balance later on right?Last date for e-BE (official without extension): 30/4/2020 You should have ample time to make the amendment. |
