Yup, current rate was 0.16/sqf

Both already fully extended and not much reno can be done

all developer are the same..selling premium and at future price... the sa will says these developer protecting the value of the property by selling more expensive, prevent people from flipping it

This is generally happen to all type of property in Malaysia, regardless of developer and area.

Agree!! U can't find any other places cheap. Look at SP & Eco project they are expensive too

so the SA suggesting that all developers must sell properties at least 800k to prevent flipping????? devil.gif even though its cost only 300k?

As you can see, most of the major developer are GLC, ie Sime Darby, SP Setia, Gamuda, etc....

Gamuda is political linked, not GLC rite?

I pass thru jusco rawang, another good 10km in? isnt anggun 3 a better buy then?

u dun need to go thru rawang toll to reach this kundang area....

this township got waterfall leh..........and its not man-made.

Gamuda need 2 recoup d costs ma 2 provide landscaping, build intetchange 2 highway etc ie nothing is foc as they dont provide charity
