Yes indeed, but what pre-signing actually means?anyone care to explain?

Have no time to ask the sales consultant, but was informed to start applying for loan. Basically without apdl, banks will nt be the project's financier and none will be their panel until all has been sorted out. EXCEPT cimb, whom have sort of arrangement with gamudaland for this project, and thy are the only panel bank at the moment. Correct me if im wrong guys.

There was a mention by one of the internal staff involved in this project that there will be mrt extension at the gamuda gardens commercial area.

But again, just a comment that was nt stated anywhere in the masterplan and if it really happens, it will be years down the road.
