how to change ribbon for n80?

You need some skill and correct tools. You the set of precision screw driver, tweezer and gap opener (assemble look being use to string guitar).

Precision screw driver set RM 30

Metal Tweezer RM 25

Gap opener RM 10

Main Ribbon RM 30

hav u try taking out ur memory card and insert again, i experienced this same message before with another nokia phone, after doing it the phone able to start.

I think nothing to do with celcom. It was hardware problem.

guys,
when i set the camera flash mode to automatic,the flash is always is there...so automatic=on???
even if the condition is bright,i can still see the flashing...i have an N70 which doesnt has such problem(no flashing when it is bright enough)...does it got anything to do wif my firmware?

wow....thnx god that this forum is still upped....keeping my n80 as a back up phone after getting the htc tytn II...but just recently, encountered weird problem...the screen is all white...whenever i slide up the phone....anyone encounter this problem too...

I think nothing to do with the firmware.

when will nokia release a new firmware for n80 ? i dun like this firmware camera mode, the colors is too unreal, too greenish, the 1st firmware camera mode is the best.

You have the latest firmware? Because so far I quite satisfied with my current picture.

Its normal.even when set to "Off" the LED will still blink once

Never happened to me before but if ribbon problem it show blank white. May be for you different case.

Since this discussion thread already reach 126 pages, over 2500 post. I think is the time to moved to new version.
