To fixed N80 loose sliding mechanism (my own post in "My Three Supers" thread):
» Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... «
Hey guys, our N80 is known to be a quite "movable" when it is closed, i mean the upper part and the bottom part tend to be not tight. I just found out a way to solve the problem, it is kinda simple tough, just a tweezer, some scotch tape and your PATIENT will do! This is just my way to solve the problem though, it may sound stupid, but it did solve the problem for me and my N80 is tight when it is closed, upper part and lower part not moving at all! I will illustrate how i did it with a picture, for better understanding..

First, you will need some scotch tape, tape one upon the other to gain some thickness, I recomment for around 6 ~ 7 layer, you might reduce that if your tape is thick itself. Then use a sharp knife and cut it into a thin, long rectangle shape, around 1.5mm x 20mm. After that, by using a tweezer, carefully place the tape onto the reel where the N80 sliding mechanism take place (as the red tape on the picture above). Use the tweezer to stick the tape on the wall of the reel to tighten the reel width.
There, you are done~!
I hope i can take a real life picture for you guys to see but it is so hard. My other phone camera don't have micro mode, so if i took the picture very close, it will be very blur; but if i didnt take close enough, the tape will not be visible. So, use your imagination guys~
***I will not be liable for any damage happen to your N80 by applying this method
