have to depend on local peer and local tracker for the speed...

but still can download although is slow

Read post # 1 on that thread. It should help you connect to tracker, but unfortunately, not international peers.

TMnet made it to ridicilous. I got speed (torrent 2Kbps other 8kbps)

Still cannot connect with international peers... maintaining at 0.00kbps The day before i got throttled i was getting speed around 150kbps on my 1Mbps screamyx, which was way better than the 80kbps before that. Now downloading through DC++, mytorrent and irc...

already 72 hours still getting 0.0KB d/l even for latest torrens with > 10K seeds

They really took the opportunity to fully throttle p2p after the cable outage in taiwan..so that it would seem like the damage is to be blamed.

I got around 50kbps from Bangsar, Downloading Naruto 218. I check the Peer all of them from Malaysia...non of them from international. Am i safe to say tat, if you sharing it within Malaysia the Files....you can get the torrent going. If its go international TMnutz will block it.

If you want to check where is your peer coming from u can use this website http://www.ip-adress.com/

But i did another thing today...is that i place a proxy into it. Proxy was came from here, www.proxy4free.com/page1.html .

Try to do a ping first...to see is the proxy working. Then place into your browser Proxy setting...see is the proxy really work on the browser...then only u place inside your torrent...to see is there any peer coming it...

So far i only able to download Naruto...hmmm
