Switched to uTorrent 1.6 from BitComet 0.7.
using 61.X. Thai proxy, dunno change how many times already, at least manage to hit max. 50+ kB/s for d/l speed, mostly local peers, at least got a few international peers but around 1-5 kB/s only. |

Not bad, this morning can hit up to 70kB/s LOL. but the speed is never constant, and my speed vs time graph can look like "W"

^yeah I'm use BitComet 0.7. It's always in connecting status. But currently trying uTorrent, at least there's some hope
