PS: If not mistaken it's the house beside the sample house that has quite significant defect on one of the door (slope) near kitchen area, crack wall might exist as well, good luck for the owner or hopefully contractor team fix it before handover

Depends on what you need ba, let's say if you like SD 100 acre park concept then SD better, if you like SP developer then Bywater better..

So far I have no idea about its actual location for Kyra 2 but if it's nearby the Kyra 1 then personally I think it's little deep inside, for SP location IMO too close to cemetery area and yes I don't like that..
Anyway just my 2 cents
