I walked inside my unit and have a quick look, seems like all the vertical crack line earlier they already fixed it.
Also one of the site worker said that most probably the construction finish by Aug 2020 but hopefully can be earlier

Walk in alone or few people, if you bring whole family members enter site probably get stop.
Also enter around 5~6pm (weekend I think better) since less workers & less works undergoing during that time.
PS: small reminder, be careful when walking at site

Not related leh, if like what you say all those working at industrial area die 99 ady
Also KL must be highly polluted by those vehicles emissions & construction, like what you said ppl also need to stay away from KL
Btw any source that it's going to be heavy industry which has high emissions?

Search back old thread that someone mentioned it's light industry factories only which occupied by pos malaysia and others SME business provider, no smoke will be emitted.
I think the air quality statement will be depends on different person, for example if someone is sensitive to the dust then it's a big no for him/her to stay in such area even KL or else need to wear mask when outside. So recommended who want to buy the house it's better to visit the area first and check if have any issue with the area, it's part of work/survey need to do anyway when purchasing house.

Hmm.. for me as long as there's no factory like ytl cement then it's fine, diff ppl diff view, just like for elmina some ppl don't like the flight noise and emissions, for setia alam cemetery, for kl traffic jam & air, etc
That's why people stay everywhere and move if he found his next place

It might be not a sample house but they call advance unit which is built by the contractor for developer project team to evaluate.
But if anyone interested can ask sales bring inside visit also.

Do you mean that major crack wall only after some back extension works?

There's a group but I'm not the admin and recently the group has been change from public to private due to some spam messages from strangers..

Crack due to renovation works mostly won't be entertained isn't it

I see.. so as long as don't do any extension or choose the experience contractor will avoid the crack cases
What's your plan on water leakage from bathroom?

Saw that Athira is having a nice security guard house design, hopefully they will build the same for Azira and Ayra too
