Yes, which is why i only commented about bumi unit. As this afternoon, only left 2 units for bumi lot. Sunday afternoon i placed a booking, and only less than 8 units available. I booked the last row, next to WCE. But i was informed there is a small temple behind that row, and I don’t even know how far is the temple from the unit that i’ve booked. On the 6th later, surely many people will come since elsa is so much cheaper compared to Setia Alam precint 17 starter home.

Only units at 4b/ku5 released for pre-book. Most of the units were taken by SD staffs.

Corner not even 840k for 2960 sq ft. That one is the unit at the very first row from the entrance la. Even though built up is only 20 x 65, but okay la for that price.. affordable.

Tomorrow 28th mar is the staff selection unit. 30 units allocated....FCFS.
