I don't think current SDP BBR project will participate in HOC 2019 since one of the conditions must provide at least 10% discount and must be listed on spa, the 10% discount is even more than the offers they give currently (RM 16888 + SPA legal & stamp duty + MOT)...

If SDP Ayra really participate in HOC, what I'm guessing is 10% discount is not compulsory for every projects, but this is opposite to what mapex website listed, anyway it's not weird since many things already pusing pusing until now tongue.gif

Hi bro, finally got the latest information from SDP regarding the Ayra project.

For those made booking in Jan/Feb this year, besides rm16888 rebate and free spa cost, buyer is giving options to choose either free mot cost or get 2% refund. Since Ayra is now registered under HOC 2019, first home buyer will get free mot and loan stamp duty, thus can choose to get the 2% rebate smile.gif

My friends are using Unifi, so far no complaint from them.
But I do find out mobile network (Digi) works very bad at certain area of BBR...

Actually there's risk also, the sales say if the government "pusing" about the HOC t&c which no mot exemption in the end, buyer will need to pay the mot and it will be a bit higher than the 2% rebate...

Building materials are different if compare Elmina, Ayra & Elsa, such as porcelain and ceramic tiles, I assume ceramic is cheaper than porcelain?
