Lumira Intermediate Unit (Gable type) has same sqft as Ayra, also for Lumira there's free MOT and legal fees.
Anyway it's still depends on how much the "good pricing" he mentioned, let's say if able to get Lumira within 700k, not sure able to get Persada, Ayra, Cogan or Nafiri within 700k or not

Heard from friend saying that his Athira didn't found any defect after collect keys last week and already plan start Reno soon.

Since Azira is Jalan Kuda Kepang 6-8/KU5, Athira should be Jalan Kuda Kepang 1-5/KU5, if not mistaken..

May I know if the leakage defect was found when your inspection team doing the check or it was found later when raining days?
