Thanks for the info. I guess those end lots will cost RM1mil after discounts?

Also based on the brochure, the house's length is about 45ft. Do they inform about the length of the car porch and back tard? Is it 25+5ft? Or 22+8ft?

Price not bad after rebate, usually spa legal+stamp duty cover by SD, MOT not sure if they still cover not else will need pay 10k+ and loan legal+stamp duty

I just downloaded Adira brochure. Surprised to know that ECRL Kapar proposed station is located at BBR3 which is very near with Hospital Kapar

Not quite sure how accurate it is, checked the Google Maps and can see that land clearing is done on proposed station (maybe not marked correctly though) and CCC warehouse yard is already there for quite sometime


News from Google have not much info on the area but from what I read seems like this is passenger only station (my honest opinion, perhaps cargo station shud be avail since this area alot of warehouses) though this requires an extreme upgrade of Jln Hj Abdul Manan laugh.gif

Also newly marked(?) “BBR City Centre” is tagged as Future development near vinda warehouse side.

Any Nadira owners here? May I know if we still need to do any pilling for backyard extension? Cuz I saw that we have concrete walls separating us between houses. Unlike Lyra which only has wired fence.

Just don't take the risk, and just add some safety net. Usually developer won't overdesign on area where they don't build anything.
Just take note the backyard is where the outlet piping goes and be careful when pilling.

I would recommend to do RC piling for long term peace of mind, unless you hire an engineer to study the soil condition.

i just ronda BBR2 area to see ADIRA construction progress, apparently they are doing the pilling now i presume.. can see heavy machinery on working now.

I also realised there is another construction on-going, are they building a flyover WCE connecting to Vinda route?

Works ongoing looks like road expansion (just assumption)...i thought they are digging larger longkang (my comment few weeks ago)

Even the semak samun all the way beside loji / sekolah tamil / elsa also looks like being cleared off.
